Entry Deadline

Your team's fully completed entry form and entry fee (money order or cashier’s check) must be mailed in by
July 14th. Sorry, no personal checks will be accepted.

*** All registration materials must be received no later than Friday, July 11, 2008, $200 of which is non-refundable after July 1st.

ASA Registration

It is necessary to include a copy of your valid ASA registration card with your registration materials. If your team does not have an ASA registration card, please include an additional $25.00 in the form of a money order made out to ASA.

Player Registration

Player registration will take place on Friday July 25 (7-10 PM). Player registration will also be held on Saturday morning at Twin Creeks. There will be no registration on Sunday, July 27.
